60 Minutes

We host a dedicated 60-minute presentation session to showcase 2–3 creative concept routes, core campaign lines, and key visual directions. Your team then takes time to mill over the directions and ensure all internal requirements are met.

Recorded Feedback & Sign-Off

Your team provides consolidated feedback. We host a focused refinement review to lock down the adjustments. These changes are officially recorded and signed off by all parties to establish absolute alignment before the final rollout system is built.

Kepler Studio Blueprint Delivery

60 Minutes

Kepler Studio builds out the approved concept into a complete campaign rollout plan, layout guides, and channel structures. We host a final 60-minute presentation session to hand over the blueprint so your team or agency partners can execute it with confidence.

VAT exempt

Where a project lands within this range is determined by the scale of the launch footprint, the complexity of the multi-channel rollout logic, and the volume of distinct creative concept routes required by internal stakeholders.

50% Commencement Deposit: Required to secure the studio booking and initiate the project.

35% Milestone Payment: Due on sign-off of the first project phase and before the next phase begins.

15% Final Handover Balance: Due before final delivery of all agreed files, documents and handover assets.
